Prof. Dr. Christian Herzig holds the Chair of Business Administration in the Food Economy and Agriculture at the Justus-Liebig-University Giessen, Germany. Its members have a passion for healthy and sustainably produced food and engage with responsible and sustainable practices in food production and consumption. Research projects centre on the responsible management of agrifood value chains and production networks as well as values-oriented food business. In teaching, a suite of modules and short courses is delivered to enable participants to develop a broad knowledge of the different facets of responsible food business.
